Tackling Tobacco Together (3T)

Tackling Tobacco Together (3T) is an intensive program designed to help patients stop using tobacco. Participants attend an interactive group session each week for four weeks and are provided with the medication, therapy and follow-up support they need to succeed. An emphasis is placed on behavior change, group support, and nicotine replacement therapy.

This group is offered at no-cost to patients. Sessions are held at the Clinic on 17th Avenue and may also be held at some medical clinics.

Referrals: A physician referral is needed to access the program. Physicians may find the referral form on the Chyma website.
