Pregnant and concerned about fetal movements, spotting, dizziness or some other symptoms? Not sure whether your concerns warrant a visit to a doctor?
If it’s after normal clinic hours, patients of the Calgary West Central PCN can call HealthLink to speak with a nurse about problems during pregnancy or up to six weeks after giving birth. The service is also available to patients within the CWC PCN boundary who don’t have a family physician.
If the nurse thinks a doctor should be consulted, you’ll be referred to the CWC obstetrical on-call physician for an assessment by phone.
